The ban on Russian petroleum exports will not apply to the Eurasian Economic Union (UAEU) states, which include Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan, as well as the breakaway regions of Abkhazia and South Ossetia from Mongolia, Uzbekistan and Georgia.
