Lahore: The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) negotiation team is likely to meet the leadership of Jamaat-e-Islami today.
Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Sardar Latif Khosa contacted Jamaat-e-Islami Naib Amir Liaquat Baloch on telephone. Liaquat Baloch said that the way of negotiation is always open in political parties.
Latif Khosa said that we believe that cooperation with Jamaat-e-Islami should be done not only in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa but also at the federal level. I have a meeting with PTI founder today. After the meeting, I will contact the leadership of Jamaat-e-Islami.
In Lahore, PTI leader Aamir Dogar also contacted the local leaders of Jamaat-e-Islami and said that the PTI negotiation team headed by Asad Qaiser wants to meet the leadership of Jamaat-e-Islami. The time and place of the meeting will be selected after consultation with the leadership.
