Lahore: PIA air hostesses under the custody of Toronto airport customs have been suspended from their jobs.
Hina Sani has been suspended for violation of discipline. A departmental investigation will be conducted against the air hostess who arrived in Pakistan this evening.
The air hostess on PIA flight number 789 had arrived in Canada from Pakistan and was detained due to the presence of contraband. The air hostess was released by the customs authorities after prolonged questioning.
Hina Sani was not posted as an air hostess on the return flight No. PK 798. PIA spokesperson says that departmental action will be taken against the air hostess.
