ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court has released the details of the case of disqualification of politicians under Article 62 1F.
Justice Mansoor Ali Shah wrote the 30-page judgment in the disqualification case of politicians under Article 62 1F. In which it is said that the judiciary should make decisions according to the constitution and law instead of getting public opinion and respect of the people.
The judgment said that the Panama case judgment did not explain how the Supreme Court can determine the eligibility of a candidate directly under the Court of Law under clause three of Article 184. Judiciary should exercise extreme caution in disqualifying a candidate.
The written judgment said that it is not the job of the courts to determine the character of a candidate, but it is the job of the voter in a democratic society. Who will be authorized to give declaration.
