Islamabad: The Islamabad High Court found the Deputy Commissioner Islamabad guilty of contempt of court.
The court sentenced Deputy Commissioner Islamabad to 6 months imprisonment for contempt of court, but the sentence was suspended for one month due to its short duration.
The Islamabad High Court directed to file an appeal within a month and send a copy of the judgment to the Prime Minister. Deputy Commissioner Islamabad was also ordered to pay a fine of Rs. SP Farooq Buttar was discharged from the case by the court.
