Former Federal Minister Asad Umar has said that he has no intention to enter practical politics at present, he will not be a part of Shahid Khaqan Abbasi and Miftah Ismail’s Awam Pakistan Party.
Talking to the media outside the Anti-Terrorism Court in Lahore, Asad Umar said that I wish good luck to Shahid Khaqan Abbasi and Miftah Ismail for forming a new political party, they should also try to improve this country.
He said, “Look at my condition, I am not going away, what politics do I have to do, I have no intention to enter into practical politics right now.”
Earlier, Asad Umar appeared before the Anti-Terrorism Court in relation to the interim bail application in the May 9 cases. He pleaded with the court that I have come with difficulty, my attendance has been completed, to allow me to go back, on which the court granted permission.
