Rawalpindi: The wife of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Bushra Bibi was found guilty by the police in May 9 cases.
According to the details, the police applied for the physical remand of Bushra Bibi in 12 cases. On which the anti-terrorism court summoned Bushra Bibi today on the request of the police.
The court ordered the investigation team of NAB to produce Bushra Bibi in the court at 8 am on Saturday. The court will decide on physical remand today.
According to the police, preliminary investigation has been completed in the May 9 tragedy cases of Bushra Bibi. In which she was found guilty. The applications of the police of 12 police stations were heard by the judge of the court, Malik Ijaz Asif
Bashri Bibi has been named accused on the statements of Tehreek-e-Insaf defector leaders Sadaqat Abbasi, Wasiq Qayyum and Umar Tanveer Butt.
The court also asked the police for the preliminary investigation report and evidence of the accused’s involvement. Bushra Bibi named in GHQ, Gate 4, Army Museum attack cases.
Police has also named Bushra Bibi in the case of attack on Murree Road sensitive institution office, burning of metro station, burning of sensitive building in Sadar. Attock has also been named in cases of arson and vandalism.
