Pakistan Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi met with his Chinese counterpart Qi Yanjin in the American city of New York, during which the two leaders had a detailed discussion on Pakistan-China relations and security issues.
Matters related to law enforcement agencies and China’s cooperation were also discussed in the meeting. Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi also briefed the Chinese leader on the progress on the Dasu incident.
Chinese Interior Minister Qi Yanjin expressed satisfaction over the progress made on the Dasu incident, speaking on the occasion, Mohsin Naqvi said that we have made foolproof arrangements for the security of Chinese citizens.
Later, the Chinese Interior Minister said that China will cooperate to increase the capacity of Pakistani law enforcement agencies, Pakistan and China are all-weather friends, the friendship between Pakistan and China is stronger than steel.
He said that Pakistan-China friendship is an example for the United Nations.
