ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court has ordered the district administration to take a decision on the application within two days for the permission of PTI to hold a rally in Islamabad.
Islamabad High Court Chief Justice Amir Farooq heard the petition of PTI. The Chief Justice ordered to take a decision within two days and submit the report to the Islamabad High Court.
It should be noted that PTI Islamabad President Aamir Masood Mughal has filed a request for the permission of the rally, Sher Afzal Marwat Advocate appeared in the court on behalf of Amir Mughal.
The PTI had made the Home Secretary, Chief Commissioner Islamabad and IG Islamabad a party in the petition.
The petition requested that the court order the parties to hold a rally on March 30 at 10 pm in Islamabad, allowing the PTI to hold a rally at Parade Ground F9 Park or D Chowk.
In the petition, the stand was adopted that the court should issue orders to the parties to block the roads on the day of the rally, not to take violent action against the participants.
