Bengaluru: Bollywood megastar Shah Rukh Khan will perform at the Women’s Premier League 2024 opening ceremony.
According to Indian media, the second season of Women’s Premier League (WPL) is going to start on February 23 this month in Bengaluru, before the first season, the opening ceremony of WPL will be held at Chinnaswamy Stadium.
Bollywood King Shah Rukh Khan, Tiger Shroff, Shahid Kapoor, Varun Dhawan, Karthik Aaryan and Siddharth Malhotra will entertain cricket fans with their spectacular performances in the opening ceremony of WPL.
The first match of the Women’s Premier League 2024 will be played between defending champions Mumbai Indians and Delhi Capitals at the Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru.
Remember that Shah Rukh Khan’s association with cricket dates back to 2008 when he started his journey as the owner of Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) in the Indian Premier League (IPL). After that, he was instrumental in growing the Knight Riders franchise with teams in West Indies, United Arab Emirates and America.
