ISLAMABAD: SECP has decided to introduce its new modern and user-friendly corporate registry, “e-files” system.
According to Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan officials, the new digital corporate registry is part of the SECP’s digital transformation program under which all regulatory processes of the commission are being digitized end-to-end. Modern Corporate Registry e-Files has a simple interface and includes several advanced features.
The “e-files” portal also provides its users with step-by-step guidance for company registration or other regulatory filings.
