Tosha Khana case, hearing on petition against Imran Khan’s disqualification adjourned without proceeding

The hearing on the petition against the disqualification of former Prime Minister and PTI founder Imran Khan was adjourned without action.

In the Lahore High Court, a hearing was held on the appeal against the disqualification of PTI founder Tosha Khana. A 5-member larger bench headed by Justice Shams Mehmood Mirza heard the case.

On this occasion, Chief Larger Bench Justice Shams Mehmood Mirza said that this matter is pending in the Islamabad High Court. On which the court directed to fix the case for hearing after the summer court vacation.

The larger bench includes Justice Shahid Karim, Justice Shahram Sarwar Chaudhary, Justice Jawad Hasan and Justice Risal Hussain. The larger bench was dissolved after the nomination of Justice Shahid Bilal Hasan to the Supreme Court.

It should be noted that the PTI founder has challenged the move of disqualification in Tosha Khana in the Lahore High Court.
