Before him, Imran Khan made Pakistan the champion by defeating England in the 1992 ODI World Cup final, at that time he was 39 years and 172 days old.
Apart from this, Brian won the 2004 Champions Trophy at the age of 35 years and 146 days, Aaron Finch won the 2021 T20 World Cup for Australia at the age of 34 years and 362 days.
Former West Indian star Clive Lloyd won the 1979 ODI World Cup at the age of 34 years and 296 days.
