The Defence Housing Authority Islamabad (DHAI), Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) and Supreme Court Bar Association of Pakistan (SCBAP) have signed a landmark agreement for the development and management of Margalla Orchards on 26 Sep 2025.
Located on Main Park Road, the Project Spans 8,432 Kanals. Initially launched as a joint venture between FGEHA and SCBAP in 2016, DHAI was invited to join as a partner to ensure the project’s success. A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed on August 1, 2024, Over the next 3.5 years, DHAI will undertake state-of-the-art development of the project.
