The former Deputy Superintendent, who was arrested on charges of allegedly facilitating PTI founder Imran Khan in Adiala Jail, was released.
According to sources, Deputy Superintendent Zafar Iqbal was taken into custody for questioning on August 13. He reached his residence near Adiala Jail last night.
Former Deputy Superintendent Zafar Iqbal and Assistant Nazim were questioned on suspicion of allegedly facilitating Imran Khan in the jail.
On August 14, Deputy Superintendent Jail Muhammad Akram was also detained on charges of messaging and facilitating PTI founders.
