Rawalpindi: The anti-narcotics force is continuing its operations against drug trafficking.
During 7 operations of ANF in different cities, more than 371 kg of drugs were recovered and 6 suspects were arrested.
According to ANF spokesperson, 4 kg hashish was recovered from 2 women who were going to Dubai from Islamabad Airport. Similarly, 4 kg of ice was recovered from a parcel sent to New Zealand at the courier office in Quetta, while 3.8 kg of ice was recovered from a passenger going to Bahrain from Karachi Airport.
Meanwhile, 720000 narcotic pills were recovered from the vehicle near Western Bypass Quetta and 2 suspects were arrested. Apart from this, 6 kg hashish was recovered from the accused near Tando Jam, Hyderabad. 50.4 kg hashish was recovered from a vehicle near Ring Road Peshawar while 22000 narcotic pills were recovered from near Nadra Chowk Torkham.
Cases under the Anti-Narcotics Act have been registered against the arrested accused and investigation has been started.
