Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Wednesday, 19th of November, 2025: On the invitation of H.E. Eng. Saad A. Alkhalb, CEO Saudi EXIM, Mr. Shahbaz H. Syed, President & CEO – Pak EXIM,as his maiden international visit, attended the Global Partners Forum 2025 hosted by Saudi EXIM,in Riyadh. During the visit an MoU was signed between Saudi EXIM and Pak EXIM, setting thestage for cooperation between the two institutions.
The purpose of the MoU is to establish a framework for collaborative efforts towards furtheranceof the respective mandates of both EXIMs, through exploring opportunities on credit facilities,trade credit insurance, knowledge sharing, financial guarantees, training programmes, events,workshops and more.

Mr. Shahbaz also participated in a panel discussion titled “Exporting in a Service-Driven World -Use Cases from the Global South.”
