Bollywood Punjabi music’s renowned singer Rajveer Jonda has been seriously injured in a road accident, after which he has been admitted to Fortis Hospital in Mohali. According to doctors, his condition is very critical and he is currently fighting for his life on a ventilator.
This tragic accident took place near Badi area of Himachal Pradesh, when the 35-year-old singer’s motorcycle collided with two cattle on the road. After the accident, he was first taken to the local civil hospital where his heart stopped during treatment, however, after immediate medical assistance, he was shifted to Fortis Hospital in Mohali.
According to the hospital administration, Rajveer Jonda was admitted to the emergency ward at 1:45 pm. The hospital’s emergency and neurosurgery team immediately examined him and put him on advanced life support.
Rajveer Jonda is known for songs like ‘Mera Dil’ and ‘Sardari’ and has around one million subscribers on his YouTube channel. After hearing the news of the accident, famous singer Diljit Dosanjh has issued a message of prayers for his recovery.
It should be noted that the singer is very fond of biking and often travels on a motorcycle in the hilly areas of Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula. Just a day before the accident, he had posted a video of himself on Instagram, in which he was performing the song ‘To Dus Peenda’.
