According to the report, Ukrainian President Zelensky is also in Saudi Arabia but did not participate in the talks. However, he said that the ceasefire is a positive proposal.
Zelensky said that the ceasefire is a positive plan that is related to the conflict on the front and does not include air and naval warfare.
A close aide to Zelensky said that during the meeting, various aspects of security guarantees for Ukraine were also discussed with US officials, but did not provide details.
The joint statement said that during the meeting in Saudi Arabia, the two sides also agreed to complete a comprehensive agreement on minerals in Ukraine as soon as possible.
The Ukrainian President said in this regard that the US and Ukraine will also work to finalize the agreement on minerals.
