Islamabad: The constitutional bench hearing petitions against super tax in the Supreme Court has been dissolved, Justice Amir Farooq has separated from the bench.

A 5-member constitutional bench headed by Justice Aminuddin Khan heard the case related to the implementation of super tax, Justice Aminuddin remarked that Justice Amir Farooq has already given a decision on the matter in the Islamabad High Court.
The lawyers of the companies requested to hold the hearing after Eid-ul-Fitr, which was rejected by the court, Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar said that Farogh Naseem Sahib, this case will not be completed by Eid, let those who want to run the case run it.
The Supreme Court ordered the hearing to be held on a daily basis and adjourned the hearing till today. Later, a new bench was formed, the constitutional bench
