The 4-year marriage between Indian cricket team member and spinner Yuzvendra Chahal’s wife and dancer Dhanashree Verma has ended and the two have decided to separate from each other.
Sharing his story on the photo and video sharing app Instagram, Indian spinner Yuzvendra Chahal thanked his fans for their support and wrote in his written statement that God has saved me so many times that I can’t even count. So I can only imagine how many times I have been saved and I didn’t even know. Thank you God, for always being with me.
Meanwhile, Dhanashree Verma also talked about faith and trust in her Instagram post and wrote in the post that the journey from worry to blessing! Earlier, rumors of their separation were circulating on social media for several months, both of them also made vague posts on social media, which were indicating that they had separated, but neither of them clearly discussed the matter or gave the real reasons for the separation.
According to reports, the final hearing of their divorce was completed on Thursday at the Bandra Family Court in Mumbai, where both the parties were present in the court.
The couple was asked to consult for about 45 minutes to sort out the issues, but after the consultation, both expressed their determination to separate by mutual consent.
Finally, at 4:30 pm on Thursday, the court officially approved the divorce between the two, and thus the marriage of Indian cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal and Dhanashree Verma was closed forever.
It should be noted that Dhanashree, who was a dentist turned dancer and choreographer, participated in the famous reality show “Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa”.
Dhanashree and Chahal got engaged on August 8, 2020 and then got married in a private ceremony in Gurgaon on December 22, 2020. This marriage lasted only 4 years, while the couple was separated from each other for 18 months.
During this time, a very intimate picture of Dhanashree Verma with a friend also went viral on social media, which further disturbed the fans.
