Islamabad: President Asif Ali Zardari will leave for China tomorrow on a 4-day visit.
Advance teams have started leaving for China regarding the President’s visit to China, and important meetings of the President with the Chinese leadership are also scheduled.
President Asif Ali Zardari will pay an official visit to China from February 4 to 8, and a high-level delegation will accompany the President.
The high-level delegation includes Bilal Bhutto Zardari, First Lady Aseefa Bhutto Zardari, Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah, Balochistan Chief Minister Sarfaraz Bugti, and Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi.
According to sources, the President will meet Chinese President Xi Jinping and will also participate in the Shanghai World Expo on November 5. Consultations on CPEC Phase 2, Pak-China relations, regional and global security and other bilateral issues will be held in the meetings with the Chinese leadership.
