Karachi: Pakistan U-19 Women’s Team will play a practice match against Nigeria today.
The Pakistani Women’s U-19 players, who are in Malaysia for the ICC U-19 Women’s T20 World Cup, practiced intensively for 4 hours.
They practiced batting, bowling and fielding at the Selangor Turf Club Ground. The players participated in the practice session under the supervision of head coach Mohsin Kamal.
Stunt coach Hanif Malik, fielding coach Nahida Khan and strength and conditioning coach Asfandyar gave tips to the players. The Pakistani team will play its first practice match against Nigeria on Monday.
Pakistan’s second practice match will be played against Australia on January 15. The World Cup tournament will be played in Malaysia from January 18 to February 2.
The Pakistani team will play the first match of Group B against the United States on January 18, Pakistan’s second match will be against England on January 20, and the third match will be against Ireland on January 22.
