Legendary Indian actor Dilip Kumar’s family bungalow is being renovated into a luxury residential project called ‘The Legend’.
The news of the renovation of Dilip Kumar’s family bungalow in Pali Hill area of Bandra, Mumbai is in the headlines. This bungalow holds a special place for the late actor and his wife Saira Banu.
According to reports, Dilip Kumar’s bungalow is being converted into a luxury residential project called ‘The Legend’ by Mumbai-based real estate firm Asher Group.
According to a statement issued by the company, ‘The Legend by Asher’ at Pali Hill, Bandra has achieved a sales milestone of Rs 500 crore within 15 months of its launch.
Out of the 19 units, the company has sold 4 luxury apartments, including triplexes. The first apartment was purchased by an infrastructure development company in July 2024 for Rs 155 crore. The company plans to build 19 luxury apartments, generating a total revenue of Rs 850 crore.
The project includes 6 and 5 BHK luxury apartments and duplex units and a 2,000 sq ft museum dedicated to Dilip Kumar.
In March 2016, Dilip Kumar had paved the way for this luxury housing project in a development agreement with the Asher Group.
