Karachi: Army Chief General Syed Asim Munir has said that the clouds of despair that loomed a year ago have lifted today, I have full faith in the bright and stable future of Pakistan.
Addressing the business community in Karachi, the Army Chief said that I had also said in the last session that despair is forbidden for Muslims, today all the indicators of Pakistan’s economy are positive and by next year, God willing, it will improve further.
He said that I have full faith in the bright and stable future of Pakistan, the clouds of despair that loomed a year ago have lifted today.
The Army Chief said that where are the people who spread despair and talk about default today? Shouldn’t they be held accountable? Nothing, including politics, comes before the country, we should all prioritize Pakistan over personal interests.
General Syed Asim Munir further said that the state is like a mother and its value should be asked from the people of Libya, Iraq and Palestine, remember! We have no identity other than Pakistan.
The Army Chief said that no matter how many difficulties there are, if we all stand together, no one can harm us. You should bring your money to Pakistan, the people should also earn and the country should also develop, he said that only Pakistanis can bring economic stability to Pakistan through a “bailout”.
Syed Asim Munir further said that terrorism is supported by illegal businessmen who have specific elements behind them, he said that the protection of Pakistan’s digital borders and the digital security of the people is the responsibility of the state.
