SAN FRANCISCO: WhatsApp, the Metta-owned mobile application used for messaging, has introduced another new feature.
According to a report by WhatsApp watchdog WA Beta Info, the company has rolled out a new feature for users that will allow them to view any draft message without opening the chat.
The feature, dubbed the ‘Draft Message’ feature by the company, has been rolled out to select iPhone users for testing in the first phase.
The ‘Draft’ feature introduced as a trial for Apple users will be rolled out to all users after success.
Under the feature, users will be labeled with incomplete messages which they can view and then edit without opening the message by going to a separate option ‘Chat List’.
The purpose of this feature is to provide convenience to users by avoiding unnecessary chat hassles.
