During the hearing of a case in the Supreme Court, Justice Mansoor Ali Shah has said in his remarks that not all cases should be taken to the Constitutional Court, let some remain with us.
Sui Nadran Zaid billing case was heard in the Supreme Court, a two-member bench consisting of Justice Mansoor Ali Shah and Justice Aqeel Abbasi heard the case.
During the hearing, the petitioner’s lawyer said that the review of the case is still pending, after the 26th amendment, the case will now go to the Constitution Bench.
The Chief Justice said in his remarks that there is no constitutional or legal question in this case, all the cases should not be taken to the constitutional benches, let some cases remain with us.
Later the court while dealing with the Sui Northern Zaid Billing case remarked that the petitioners can raise the question in the pending revision case.
