Islamabad: It has been decided to close CNG stations across the country for 2 months due to severe cold.
According to sources, CNG stations across the country will be closed during the cold months of December and January. .
This decision was taken to ensure continuous supply of natural gas to domestic consumers during winter.
Gas supply will be cut off from December 2024 to January 2025 for gas-fired power generation or captive power stations in all four provinces, industry will use electricity from power companies.
Sui Northern Gas Company Limited has directed to issue orders to keep CNG stations closed from 1st December 2024 to 31st January 2025.
