Prime Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has reiterated his commitment on Palestine Solidarity Day that Pakistan will continue to provide moral, diplomatic and political support to Palestinian brothers and sisters who are facing Israeli atrocities and aggression.
According to the report of the official Radio Pakistan, he said in a message today on the occasion of Solidarity Day to support the Palestinian people that the government of Pakistan will continue to support the Palestinian brothers and sisters until an independent Palestinian state is established. Shahbaz Sharif said that today the whole nation is celebrating the Solidarity Day to support its unmarried Palestinian brothers and sisters.
He said that a year has passed since the start of the new wave of Israeli atrocities on Palestinians.
The Prime Minister said that Israel is making a mockery of world powers, international organizations, Security Council resolutions and the International Court of Justice.
He said that the Palestinians are not only under intense bombardment, but they are also facing hunger and thirst, while the situation in Gaza is very bad.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said that Israeli terrorism did not start on October 7 last year, but it has been going on for the past seven decades.
He said that Israel’s state terrorism is no longer limited to Gaza and Palestine, but has also spread to other countries in the region.
The Prime Minister said that the hearts of the Pakistani people beat with their unmarried Palestinian brothers and sisters.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will also host an all-party conference to raise voice against the ongoing persecution of innocent Palestinians in Gaza and support the Palestinian brothers and sisters.
A committee consisting of Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar, Sherry Rehman, Khawaja Saad Rafique and Nayar Bukhari had already been formed to organize the All Parties Conference and oversee the events on the occasion of Solidarity Day.
Public gatherings and seminars will be organized across the country to express solidarity with the Palestinians and protest against Israeli aggression.
