Mano Bhakar was asked by Times of India in a special conversation that users on social media are constantly criticizing you for going to private functions wearing medals. To which the Indian Olympians replied that they are forced to do so at the request of the organizers, they have no interest.
“Event managers ask me to ‘please, bring your medals’ so they have to take them so people can see and take pictures if they want,” he said.
Mano Bhakar said on the criticism that in truth I don’t want to change my life for anyone, even if bad times are going on.
