The Islamabad High Court has given the SP President till next week to recover former security in-charge of PTI founder Imran Khan Umar Sultan.
Chief Justice Amir Farooq heard the recovery case of Umar Sultan. The court directed that the SP president should look into the matter himself and inform the court after conducting an investigation.
The Chief Justice said in his remarks that there is CCTV footage or not, don’t misrepresent, SP sir, you tell me.
SP Khan Zeib Khan said that GCC has CCTV footage, we are looking at it and investigation is going on. The Chief Justice directed that you look into the matter yourself and give a fresh report.
Speaking to the lawyer, the Chief Justice said that the investigation should be done by the police and not by me, if you have anything related to the case, then provide it to the police.
The Chief Justice of Islamabad High Court remarked that SP Sadar Khan Zeb will conduct the investigation, coordinate among themselves and tell the SP what comes out.
The petitioner’s lawyer asked to keep the case for Monday, on which the Chief Justice remarked that the judges’ roster for Monday will be released accordingly.
The hearing on Aamir Sultan’s recovery plea was adjourned till next week.
