Defense Minister Khawaja Asif has said that the safest place in Pakistan is jail, nothing will happen to Imran Khan, the government has not contacted PTI.
Talking to a private TV channel, he said regarding the recent incidents of terrorism in Balochistan that people were killed on seeing the identity card in the province, this cycle is not stopping. All the political leadership of Balochistan will have to take ownership of the war against terrorists.
Khawaja Asif said that Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin should finance 2,300 Taliban in Gandapur province. After that, they will also be given the contract to finance the bandits.
He said that founder PTI should be calm, nothing will happen to him, he is safer in jail. The federal government had not contacted PTI to postpone the rally.
On the question regarding Pak-Iran gas pipeline project, he said that we should complete the gas pipeline project. This is our need and Iran is our neighbor so this project should be completed.
He further said that he will definitely invite Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi to attend the Shanghai Cooperation Organization meeting in Islamabad.
