The results of Class IX were announced by the education boards of Punjab including Lahore.
The results were announced by Chairman Lahore Board Zaid Bin Maqsood at ten o’clock in the morning at the office of the board located on Lawrence Road. Candidates can check the results online from Lahore Board website.
2 lakh 87 thousand candidates had participated in the class 9th exam in which 1 lakh 27 thousand 836 candidates were successful. The success rate in the exam was 44.5 percent while 1 lakh 59 thousand children have failed in the exam.
On the other hand, the matriculation results of 8 education boards of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa were announced yesterday, in which female students took the field. 1 lakh 81 thousand 842 male and female students participated in the 9th and 10th examinations under Peshawar Board.
95 thousand 53 students participated in the ninth grade exams and 86 thousand 789 students participated in the tenth grade exams.
