Amir Jamaat-e-Islami Hafiz Naeemur Rehman has announced to hold a dharna march from August 8.
Hafiz Naeemur Rehman said that dharna will be held in Lahore on August 11 and Peshawar on August 12. .
It should be noted that Jamaat-e-Islami’s sit-in at Liaquat Bagh Chowk has entered its twelfth day, during which more convoys from different parts of the country are also becoming part of the protest.
Jamaat-e-Islami’s Rawalpindi sit-in is on its twelfth consecutive day and the number of participants is increasing continuously for the demands of heavy electricity bills, high taxes, contracts with IPPs, petrol and gas prices, inflation and other demands.
