ISLAMABAD: The High Court roster for next week has been released, according to which only 3 judges will be available from August 5 to 9.
In the next week’s roster released by the court, it is mentioned that 3 single and one division bench have been constituted to hear the cases next week. Chief Justice Amir Farooq, Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb will be available to hear the cases. Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir will also be available for hearing cases next week.
The other 5 judges of the Islamabad High Court will not be available to hear cases next week due to holidays.
Next week, the division bench of Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb and Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir will be available and in view of the need, a special division bench and a larger bench will also be available.
On the instructions of Chief Justice Islamabad High Court Justice Amir Farooq, the Additional Registrar has released the Judges Duty Roster.
It should be noted that summer vacation in High Court is from July 10 to September 10.
