ISLAMABAD, October 21, 2026: Zong has secured four prestigious awards in the telecommunications category at the Asian Innovation Excellence Awards 2026, held in Singapore on October 20, recognizing the company’s achievements in artificial intelligence (AI), network innovation, consumer services, and digital business transformation.

The recognition reinforces Zong’s position as a leading technology services enterprise in Pakistan, highlighting its efforts to transform advanced technologies and locally developed engineering capabilities into practical solutions for customers, business partners, and the country’s growing digital ecosystem.

Zong received the Pakistan Brand Innovation of the Year award for its AI-powered 5G launch campaign, “AIsa Hai Future.” The campaign combined artificial intelligence, augmented intelligence, and Pakistani creativity to present a distinctive vision of the country’s digital future. By integrating AI into both its creative approach and core message, the campaign strengthened brand differentiation, improved memorability, and enhanced consumer association with 5G technology.

The company also won Pakistan Technology Innovation of the Year for its AI-driven Self-Intelligent Radio Access Network (RAN) Optimization platform. Developed in-house, the technology enables networks to automatically identify congestion, determine corrective measures, implement solutions, and verify results. The platform supports faster issue resolution and improved network performance, particularly during periods of high demand, helping deliver a more consistent and reliable connectivity experience.

In the consumer services category, Zong earned Pakistan Consumer Service Innovation of the Year for its My5 Family Sharing Package. Designed to address the evolving connectivity requirements of households, the package combines flexible family connectivity with additional benefits, including embedded insurance coverage, lifestyle perks, and digital streaming access. The offering aims to provide greater convenience and value while supporting modern digital lifestyles and offering an alternative to traditional home broadband services.

Zong’s digital commission governance engine, DI-CAPE, received the Pakistan Financial Innovation of the Year award. The platform uses intelligent automation to improve commission management, strengthen governance, and enhance transparency and operational efficiency across the company’s distribution network. It also supports business partners through more efficient and reliable digital processes.

Commenting on the achievement, Zong Head of Strategy and Company Spokesperson Nabila Yazdani said the four awards validated the company’s technology leadership and commitment to translating 5G, AI, and home-grown digital innovation into meaningful outcomes.

She highlighted the company’s progress in AI-driven network intelligence, customer-focused connectivity solutions, transparent business operations, and innovative brand experiences. She added that these achievements reflect Zong’s focus on delivering an enhanced customer experience while contributing to Pakistan’s digital transformation.

Under its “Aisa Hai Future” brand promise, Zong continues to prioritize customer experience, a diversified portfolio of products and services, and AI enablement. Through continued investment in 5G technology, artificial intelligence, digital platforms, and in-house technical expertise, the company aims to develop smarter networks, streamline operations, and introduce innovative digital services.
