A case related to property distribution was heard in the Supreme Court, with Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Isa remarking that the land dispute was settled after the death of a 75-year-old man.
He said that why would a 75-year-old man give land to someone else instead of his 2 sons? We know how litigation happens, fear God, the number of pending cases in courts is increasing due to baseless litigation.
Later, the court dismissed the appeal against depriving the 2 sons of a 75-year-old man of property.
