Tosha khana Case II, Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi’s acquittal pleas dismissed

Appeal against sentence in 190 million pound reference ready, likely to be filed on Tuesday

The court rejected the acquittal pleas of PTI founder Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi in Toshakhana Case II.

The hearing of the Toshakhana II reference was held in Adiala Jail, Special Judge Central Islamabad Shahrukh Arjumand delivered a reserved verdict and dismissed the pleas of the founder PTI and Bushra Bibi.

The court fixed November 18 as the date for indicting the founder PTI and Bushra Bibi. Bushra Bibi was not present in the court during the hearing.

It may be recalled that the court had reserved the verdict on November 8 after hearing the arguments of the parties.
