The Qatar Airways plane that made an emergency landing at Karachi Airport 3 days ago left for Doha.
According to sources, Qatar Airways flight QR 926 from Doha to the Philippines made an emergency landing in Karachi due to an engine failure. The passengers were taken to Angeles City on an alternate flight.
The aircraft was being repaired by Qatar Airways engineers. An engine of the Dreamliner plane had stopped in Pakistan’s airspace. The plane was flying at an altitude of 39,000 feet when the malfunction occurred. The pilot gave a mayday call and requested permission for an immediate emergency landing in Karachi. 787 Dreamliner plane landed safely at Karachi Jinnah Airport. There were 187 passengers on the plane.
