Rawalpindi: Founder Chairman PTI Imran Khan has said that Qazi Faiz Isa is a beneficiary of constitutional amendments which are not allowing justice.
While talking to the media in Adiala Jail, PTI Founder Chairman and former Prime Minister Imran Khan said that what is happening in the Supreme Court since yesterday, everyone has come to know what they are doing. All this is being done to expand the Gang of Three. They have sunk the country’s raft, now they are destroying the Supreme Court as well. The entire country is at stake due to the expansion of the Gang of Three.
Imran Khan said that here all the decisions come in writing, the judges come and pronounce them. They want the judges of the Supreme Court and the High Court to submit. High court judges are being pressured. The government is bent on destroying the entire judiciary. They need their own judges to cover up election fraud.
The former prime minister said that the entire world called the February 8 election a fraudulent election. Even once, Qazi Faiz Isa did not say what is happening to our women and workers who are in jails. In the May 9 incidents, he set fire. ISPR should answer that where did the CCTV footage go? They want PTI not to come up in any way.
While talking to the media, Imran Khan said that we are not being allowed to hold any meeting. It is the job of the Chief Justice to protect the fundamental rights. Does the summer meeting ever end at 6 o’clock? The whole nation knows what is happening. From what is happening since yesterday, it is clear that the Chief Justice and the Chief Election Commissioner have met.
The PTI founder said that the entire system, including the Supreme Court and the economy, is collapsing. The Chief Election Commissioner knows that Article 6 will be imposed on him, that is why the election fraud is being suppressed. The Chief Justice also sends the matter of election fraud to the Chief Election Commissioner. Chief Justice defines the most rigged election. The third umpire is controlling everything, he is the captain of his team. Their aim is that fraud does not come to the fore and PTI does not come to the fore.
Imran Khan said that Supreme Court and democracy are being destroyed due to fear of PTI. Today the judges are receiving threats, why does not Qazi Faiz Isa listen. He is not listening because the judge is part of him. What did the Chief Justice do about what the judges of the Islamabad High Court had said?
He said that if permission is not given to the rally in Rawalpindi, they will protest. The appointment of the next Chief Justice should be announced. Justice Mansoor fully backs Ali Shah. At present, Yahya Khan is the part-two government. People of East Pakistan did not want to leave Pakistan, they wanted rights. They were pushed towards separation by using force. Yahya Khan did not give power to the victorious party for his strength.
The PTI founder further said that the purpose of the Constitutional Court is to end the power of the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court. They want to remove the power of the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court and seat Qazi Faiz Isa in the Constitutional Court. Qazi Faiz Isa is the benefactor of constitutional amendments. Qazi Faiz Isa is not allowing justice, he even took our election symbol.
