Peshawar: The High Court stopped the anti-corruption agency from taking action against the former chief minister.
In front of Justice Atiq Shah and Justice Sahibzada Asadullah, a hearing was held on the application against the anti-corruption case of former Chief Minister Mahmood Khan, in which the Peshawar High Court stopped the anti-corruption from proceeding against Mahmood Khan.
The court issued a notice to the anti-corruption agency and sought its response.
During the hearing, the lawyer of the petitioner, former Chief Minister Mehmood Khan, took the stand that anti-corruption has given notice but is not giving details.
Later, the court has asked for a response, stopping the anti-corruption from taking action.
