The Anti-Terrorism Court Islamabad has extended the interim bail of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Shibli Faraz and other leaders in cases related to the November 26 protest.
Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Tahir Abbas Supra heard the bail application of PTI leader Shibli Faraz in two cases. The court extended Shibli Faraz’s interim bail. The next hearing on the pre-arrest bail applications will be on March 12.
Shibli Faraz appeared in the court along with her lawyer. Two cases are registered against Shibli Faraz in Kohsar police station.
Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Tahir Abbas Supra also heard the pre-arrest bail applications of PTI leaders Kanwal Shozab and Umair Niazi. Kanwal Shozab appeared in the court along with her lawyer, while Umair Niazi filed an application for exemption from appearance.
The court extended the bail of both leaders and adjourned the hearing till March 12. Two cases have been registered against PTI leaders in Kohsar police station.
