ISLAMABAD: Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi once again traveled for 45 minutes in Pakistani airspace.
Contrary to international traditional manners, Modi did not leave any message of goodwill to the Pakistani government or the people.
According to aviation sources, Modi left early in the morning from the capital Delhi to the city of Philadelphia in the US state of Pennsylvania to attend the fourth Quad Leaders Summit hosted by US President Joe Biden.
Modi’s special plane entered Pakistani airspace near Lahore at 04:50 am. Modi entered Afghanistan’s airspace from Chitral at 05:35 AM via Hafizabad, Chakwal, Islamabad and Mardan at an altitude of 36,000 feet.
Spokesman Indian Prime Minister’s House said that permission was explicitly sought from Pakistani authorities to use Pakistan’s airspace.
