One month leave of Islamabad High Court Justice Babar Sattar has been approved, the notification of which has been issued.
According to the notification issued by Islamabad High Court Additional Registrar Ejaz Ahmed, Chief Justice Islamabad High Court Justice Aamir Farooq has approved the leave of Justice Babar from September 30 to October 29.
Justice Babar Sattar’s court’s cause list has also been canceled due to a month’s vacation.
The notification added that during the 2-month summer vacation, Justice Babar took one month off and heard cases for one month.
