California: Technology company Google is going to introduce Quick Setting (QS) tile for its Android users to find songs easily.
Google App 15.39 (which is currently in beta mode) introduces a ‘Song Search’ QS tile with a simple music note symbol.
Tapping it brings up a full-screen glow effect that was introduced earlier this year and lets Google search results page open when a search is found.
This is the first QS tile for a Google app.
The shortcut comes at a time when the Google app introduced a customizable search widget on iOS that helps find songs quickly, similar to the feature it’s built for Android.
