Anti-Terrorism Court Rawalpindi May 9, 2023 The GHQ attack case will be heard in Adiala Jail today.
The case will be heard by Judge Amjad Ali Shah of the Anti-Terrorism Court Rawalpindi. A total of five prosecution witnesses have testified in the case.
Prosecutor Syed Zaheer Shah will record the statements of more witnesses on behalf of the prosecution. During the hearing, the founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf will be presented in the court.
It may be recalled that in the previous hearing, the statement of another prosecution witness, Police ASI Noor, was recorded, who presented the sticks, flags, lighters, and matches recovered from the accused to the court.
