Raeesa Adil : Key Appointment in Pakistan’s Ministry of Information and Broadcasting
Islamabad: The federal government has issued a notification announcing a key appointment in the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting.
According to the notification, Grade-20 officer Raeesa Adi l, who was serving as the Executive Director General, External Publicity Wing of the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, has been appointed as Executive Director General / Principal Information Officer (PIO), Press Information Department (PID), Islamabad, with immediate effect.
The notification states that the appointment takes effect immediately and will remain in force until further orders.
The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting issued the notification on July 9, 2026.
