Portuguese football superstar Cristiano Ronaldo has married his longtime partner Georgina Rodriguez after nearly 10 years together, according to media reports.
The 41-year-old football icon and 32-year-old Georgina reportedly tied the knot on August 11 in a private ceremony in Cascais, Portugal. Their five children were also present to witness the special occasion.
Rather than holding a large public celebration or making an elaborate announcement, the couple appeared to share the news with fans through a photograph of their wedding rings on social media.
Ronaldo and Georgina first met in 2016 when Georgina was working as a sales assistant at a Gucci store in Spain. Their relationship gradually became public, and the couple made one of their first major public appearances together at the FIFA Football Awards in Zurich in 2017.
