Mirpur Khas: Maulana Fazlur Rehman, head of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (F), has said that constitutional amendment on the government draft would lead to disaster.
Addressing the Mufti Mehmood conference in Mirpurkhas, Maulana Fazlur Rehman said that without our draft, the constitution will not be made. It was rejected because it would lead to the destruction of fundamental rights, judiciary, army and people.
Fazlur Rehman said that the people should hold accountable the politicians who deprived Pakistan of Islamic system, the people will take the rulers who play with the constitution by the collar and throw them out of the houses, the conspiracy to declare the Qadianis as Muslims through the back door due to international pressure. Failed again.
He said that the black draft of the amendment of the constitution was brought to us in a black bag, but we rejected it.
Maulana Fazlur Rahman said that when we accuse the establishment of rigging the election, they say don’t blame us. The only purpose of the assemblies is to make their own use of it, but we will not allow it.
Fazlur Rehman said that now if someone steals votes, the votes go to someone else but the result is in favor of someone else, then we will not allow this theft, we do not want such so-called assemblies, we are ready from today. That now try and see then we will fight in the field.
He said that today there is a government in the federation which has no majority of its own, a minority is ruling the country with the help of PPP, all of them are ruling by stealing our votes.
He said that we fight for the rights of keeping the country together and living within the country, today the demand of the country for our nation by different people is actually the American agenda of new geographical division after 9/11.
He further said that Palestine was declared an illegitimate child by the founder of Pakistan in 1948, Palestinians are being martyred for a year, the negligence of the rulers in this matter is a crime.
