The Peshawar High Court granted transit bail to Bushra Bibi, wife of PTI founder Imran Khan, until December 23 and ordered not to arrest her.
Justice Waqar Ahmed of the Peshawar High Court heard Bushra Bibi’s transit bail application.
The petitioner’s lawyer said that 27 different cases have been filed against Bushra Bibi, the court inquired whether 27 cases were filed in the same district? Were all the cases filed in the same day?
Bushra Bibi’s lawyer said that some were filed in one day while some were filed on other days, to which the Additional Attorney General said that the court has ordered that if bail is granted, she should appear in the relevant court.
The court said that we grant bail for this reason so that these people can appear in the relevant courts. Later, the court granted Bushra Bibi’s transit bail.
